       PERSONAL TRAINING

 

1-on-1 Personal Training offers you an opportunity to train under Roger or Maggie in person allowing you to learn and achieve faster results.

​Meeting with an experienced trainer in person makes for faster progression and an understanding of proper technique and form.

​With more then twenty years of experience in the health and fitness industries we are more then capable to assist you in achieving your personal goals and motivating you past what you currently think you’re capable of.

          GROUP TRAINING

 

Semi-private training: one trainer working with two or three clients

Get sweaty with your best friend or make a new workout buddy on the turf in our group training sessions! With a team environment to motivate you through that last rep, your results are waiting just behind that last rep. I will keep you challenged and engaged with expert attention on your road to success.

           KICKBOXING   

 

Kickboxing + High Intensity Interval Training : kickboxing sets that include series of punches and kicks that’ll get your heart pumping and work your cardiovascular system. Mixed in the kickboxing are your standard HIIT moves to maximize your cardio workout. 

KICKBOXING DRILLS

designed to introduce the student to the skills and strategies of Sport Kick-boxing. You’ll learn how to punch, strike and kick effectively; generate power; and move efficiently. All of these will result in better coordination, balance, agility, and strength.
