Kickboxing classes can be a little intimidating for beginners but don’t worry, you can move at your own pace. This class fits all types of one’s personal conditioning level. Learn the proper mechanics of every offensive and defensive move in kickboxing. Build up to working at fat burning level for up to one hour.

Tuesdays at 6:45 p.m. Thursdays at 6:45 p.m. Saturdays at 10:00 a.m.

Higher intensity and skill level than our beginners class, although still self-paced for those starting out. In a short while, you will be right on top. Start your warm up with an upbeat choreographed shadowboxing routine. Next, practice basic moves on your heavy bag concentrating on pacing, proper feel, and increased perfection. The class peaks with punch-kick combinations keeping you toned and strong.
